Refund policy

Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. We offer a 15-day trial for all of our products, which means you have 15 days to try it out, play with it, and love it.

If at any point in the first 15 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked.

• Contact us with your exchange or return by email. 
• Send your purchase back to us.

It's the customers responsibility to pay for return postage, we do recommend choosing a tracked service.

Products must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be honoured.
