Shipping & Returns

UK SHIPPING:

All orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12 noon CET from the United Kingdom. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. All orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery. We offer free express shipping in the UK, usually received by our customers within 24 hours. We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom & Europe only. International orders may be passed on to local courier companies and can still be tracked.

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only offer complementary shipping to the United Kingdom & Europe only.  International orders may be passed on to local courier companies and can still be tracked.

PRICING:

Shipping prices depends on where you live and will be calculated automatically at checkout. Complementary fully tracked shipping is offered to UK & EU Customers. 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance agency. Any fees charged by your local customs agency are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No additional fees will be levied on UK orders. For International orders, the cart will automatically remove the UK VAT. 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 28 working days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the local courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the full delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a correct address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

RETURNS:

Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. We offer a 15-day trial for all of our products, which means you have 15 days to try it out, play with it, and love it.

If at any point in the first 15 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund (minus shipping) —no questions asked.

It's the customers responsibility to pay for return postage, we do recommend choosing a tracked service.

Products must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
